The creative and artistic vibes of Baguio City is going strong and kicking through Sining Eskinita, the first-ever street art exhibition that promotes the Ibag-iw’s urban art movement and aims to champion graffiti artists, muralists and performance artists. This project is a brainchild of the 23 Sampaguita Collective artists, with strong support from the Department of Tourism and the City Government of Baguio.
